MONIN is adding to it’s versatile lineup of Le Fruit de MONIN syrups with the introduction of two new citrus flavours

Landing in time for operators looking to liven up their offering this summer, Le Fruit de MONIN Tangerine and Le Fruit de MONIN Ruby Grapefruit build on the existing Le Fruit de MONIN Citrus range, currently comprising of exotic Yuzu and tangy Lime variants.

With over half of the world’s best-selling cocktails using citrus fruits, the two new additions have been introduced by leading drinks brand, MONIN, to help operators conveniently balance their cocktails with a duo of zesty flavours. Containing the equivalent of 50% concentrated juice pulp, the new additions are ideal for operators looking to add some excitement to their summer menus, in turn providing consumers with great tasting, refreshing cocktails, mocktails and soft drinks as we head into warmer months.

Tangerine Gin Fizz

20ml Le Fruit de MONIN Tangerine
20ml MONIN Lemon Rantcho Concentrate
40ml gin
100ml soda water
15ml egg white

Pour all ingredients except soda water into a shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake and strain into an ice filled tumbler Collins glass. Top with soda water. Garnish with a tangerine slice. Serve.

30ml Le Fruit de MONIN Ruby Grapefruit
25ml MONIN Lime Rantcho
40ml tequila
100ml soda water

Pour all ingredients except soda water into a shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake and strain into an ice filled tumbler rimmed with salt. Top with soda water. Garnish with a grapefruit slice. Serve.
