Hoshizaki extends popular Gram Compact range of professional space saving freezers with the addition of new glass door model
The 420FG, Which has a footprint of just 595mm wide by 667mm deep. The new Compact 420FG glass door freezer is the perfect solution for front of house applications where space is at a premium – yet it still offers a generous 359 litres (gross) of storage capacity. The glass door makes it easy and convenient for chefs to identify produce or for customers to select an item when the unit is being used as a self-serve cabinet. The Compact 420FG also incorporates Hoshizaki’s smart, advanced controller which provides operators with instant, touch-screen access to a whole host of controls and simplified functions.

The 420FG also scores highly with its green performance credentials as it is B rated for energy efficiency, consuming just 1231 kWh per year and uses the natural refrigerant, R600a. Other features include: an integrated full height door handle providing an easy grip and easy access for cleaning; five anti-spillage tilt prevention shelves; door lock for extra security; automatic defrost feature with the re-evaporation of defrost water and a one piece, no gaps lining means new Gram Compact 420FG glass door freezer is as safe and easy maintain as it is practical and durable.
