In another first, European Coffee, Tea & Soft Drinks Expo will be featuring LIVE coffee roasting.  Never before seen in the UK, visitors will be able to see LIVE coffee roasting on a Diedrich machine by the best roasters in the industry, with expert commentary.   Visitors will be able to witness for themselves the complexity and great skill involved in roasting – LIVE!
